Abstract:The study emphasizes the relationship between the environment, animal, and human health. A mathematical model of typhoid fever (TF) was developed to thoroughly examine the transmission dynamics and disease spread throughout different domains by incorporating data on human behaviour, bacteria and contextual variables. The model discussed the effects of the optimal control measures, such as vaccination, education, sanitation, and treatment, in reducing the disease burden. Each control strategy was analyzed and simulated to determine the most effective way to control the spread.
