Abstract:Traditional institution counselling models in educational institutions are primarily manual scheduling, dispersed communication channels, and formal consulting processes. In a dynamic educational setting, it is more difficult to make wise judgments and support students while using traditional models since they cause delays, inefficiencies, and a lack of results related to individualization. This project seeks to improve the counseling system with the use of technology, such as automated scheduling, real-time communication tools, and individualized academic preparation tools. Student support and decisionmaking are made more difficult by the inefficiencies, lack of personalization, and restricted accessibility of traditional advising systems run by educators and counselors.
